The jars of Egypt

There were four canopic jars. The "ape" head was called hapy. The "jakle" head was called duamutef. The "hawk" head was called Qehsenuef. The human head was called imset. The feather that weighed up against the heart was called maat. The canopic jars were used to put the organs in so that they wouldn't spoil the mummy.
